PTFE AWG Tubing
Applied Medical Tubing welcomes the opportunity to serve your organization. PTFE is a USP Class VI certified polymer and makes for easy integration into regulatory requirements.
With its high lubricity, high melting temperature, chemical resistance, biocompatibility, and super precision extruded tolerances. PTFE Thin Wall Tubing is the best choice for your demanding application. It's working temperature range is 500° F (260° C) to -454° F (-270° C) and is chemically resistant to all common solvents, acids and bases, and lowest coefficient of friction of all polymers. PTFE also has excellent dielectric insulation properties.
PTFE it is suitable for use as an insulator in cables and connector assemblies and as a material for printed circuit boards used at microwave frequencies. PTFE superior properties are the reason PTFE is used in Medical Devices, Catheter Liners, Aerospace, Automotive, Analytical Sciences, and other applications.
Meets Specifications: MIL-I-22129C, ASTM D3295 CLASS 3, AMS 3653D
