Applied Medical Tubing offers braided tubing in a variety of materials. Applied braided tubing offers excellent torque control, thin wall section, high flow rates, pressure stability, and kink resistance. Applied braided tubing is excellent for high torque applications such as angiography and electrophysiology.

• Barium sulfate (BaSO4)
• Bismuth trioxide (Bi2O3)
• Bismuth subcarbonate (Bi2CO3)
• Tungstun (W)
• Filler Loading; Highest 80% (Tungsten)
Physical Parameters:
• Outer Diameter range: .026" through .315"
• Wall thickness range: .005" through .038"
Braid Construction:
Briad wire density is described as picks per inch (PPI), which is the number of wire crossovers per inch of shaft.
• Reinforcement types: 304 SST, 316 SST, MP-35, Polyester, Nylon, Nitinol
• Wire Pattern: Maximum PPI: 250
• Wire size: Round: .001" - .004, Flat: .0005" x .003" through .002" x .007"
