PTFE Thin Wall
& Heat Shrinkable Tubing
Applied Medical Tubing welcomes the opportunity to serve your organization. Our USP Class VI certified polymers makes for easy integration into regulatory requirements.
With its high lubricity, high melting temperature, chemical resistance, biocompatibility, and super precision extruded tolerances. PTFE Thin Wall Tubing is the best choice for your demanding application. It is chemically resistant to all common solvents, acids and bases, and lowest coefficient of friction of all polymers. PTFE also has excellent dielectric insulation properties.
PTFE it is suitable for use as an insulator in cables and connector assemblies and as a material for printed circuit boards used at microwave frequencies. PTFE superior properties are the reason PTFE is used in Medical Devices, Catheter Liners, Aerospace, Automotive, Analytical Sciences, and other applications.
Meets Specifications: ASTM D3295 - 81a TYPE I, CLASS B, AMS 3655B
