Pebax® Tubing Grades

Pebax® 7233, 7033, 6333, 5533, 4033, 3533

Applied Medical Tubing accepts the challenge to quote on your requirements and we welcome the opportunity to serve your organization.

Pebax grades are easy to process by injection molding and profile or film extrusion. Pebax® can be easily melt blended with other polymers.

These materials have a high elastic memory, better low temperature properties and higher elongation at break than other TPE's. It is available with a shore D hardness range from 35-72, producing a broad spectrum of mechanical properties.

The remarkable processing performance of Pebax® makes them an ideal material for components requiring:

• Light weight

• Great flexibility (extensive range)

• Resiliency

• Very good dynamic properties due to low hysteresis (alternative flexure)

• High strength

• Outstanding properties at low temperature (impact resistance, low rigification)

• Easy processing

• Good resistance to most chemicals

• Ability to be impregnated with fragrances

• Outstanding impact resistance at low temperatures

• All Pebax tubing meet or exceed the stringent ISO-9001-2008 certification standards. Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Applications:

• Medical Catheters

• Electrical and electronics

• Packaging

• Textiles

• Sub assembly aid
